Sacred Workshops
In-person spaces for deep process, presence, and embodied exploration

These half- or full-day workshops are immersive by design, but allow for greater depth, integration, and intimacy than our shorter sessions.
They are ideal for those seeking a more grounded, powerful transformational experience without stepping fully into a multi-day retreat.

Held in-person across various locations in California, Sacred Workshops are crafted for those who are ready to slow down, go inward, and meet themselves more fully, in the presence of others, and the wisdom of the body.

These are not drop-ins. They require presence, intention, and openness.
Living Systems Lab:
Biology, Culture & Consciousness
Facilitators: Emilio & Magali

This workshop invites participants into a living inquiry:
What if your body is not a machine, but a system, dynamic, adaptive, and interdependent?
Rooted in systems thinking, somatic psychology, ecology, and trauma theory, this lab-style experience blends the rigor of theory with the depth of embodiment. You’ll explore how emotional patterns, cultural identities, and interpersonal dynamics mirror the behavior of living systems, like rivers, forests, and cells.

We investigate internalized patterns (e.g., over-control, fragmentation, collapse) as system responses to early and ongoing conditions. By making the invisible visible, through mapping, movement, and facilitated dialogue, you begin to re-pattern the way your system relates to others and the world around you.

What’s included:
• Guided body-based systems mapping and interoceptive awareness
• Intro to systems theory, feedback loops, regulation, and resilience
• Individual and group inquiry into relational and cultural systems
• Integration practices including journaling, drawing, and group synthesis
Best for:
• Facilitators, coaches, and educators seeking tools for embodied systems work
• Individuals ready to reframe personal patterns as adaptive system behavior
• Teams or communities looking to evolve their group intelligence
Format:
Offered as a half-day (3–4 hours) or full-day (6–8 hours) workshop in California. Available as an open group experience or a custom program for organizations or schools.
Ecological Identity
& Embodied Belonging
Facilitators: Emilio & Magali (with occasional guest collaborators)

This sacred workshop offers an opportunity to reawaken a felt sense of belonging, not only to your life, but to the land, your ancestry, and the interwoven fabric of the more-than-human world.

Many of us carry experiences of disconnection, from lineage, place, community, or purpose. Through ecological consciousness, somatic tracking, ritual, and relational inquiry, this workshop guides you back into intimacy with self and surroundings.
We use breath, storytelling, and embodied presence to access personal and ancestral memory. We co-create ceremony, listen to the wisdom of the land, and make space for grief, longing, and beauty.
What’s included:

• Nature-based meditation and walking inquiry
• Somatic practices that explore place, rhythm, and inheritance
• Ancestral mapping and storytelling
• Group rituals honoring land, lineage, and shared experience

Best for:
• Those exploring identity, grief, or disconnection from place or culture
• Anyone seeking a meaningful, embodied relationship with the earth
• Groups and circles doing cultural repair or land-based work
Format:
Half- or full-day, in-person only, held in nature-rich locations throughout California. Best suited for intimate groups (max 15–20 people).
Shadow & Soma: Meeting the Unseen
Facilitators: Emilio & Magali

This workshop is a brave and sacred space to meet the parts of ourselves that have been repressed, exiled, or forgotten. Through a blend of somatic tracking, movement-based shadow work, emotional release, and archetypal exploration, we invite the unconscious to move into consciousness, not through force, but through compassionate embodiment.

Our shadow isn’t just what’s “dark”, it’s what’s been disallowed, such as anger, sensuality, power, sadness, or unexpressed need. These energies live in the body. And when denied, they become patterns, blocks, and symptoms. When met, they become portals.

Participants are gently guided to explore their internal protectors, uncover emotional defenses, and somatically reclaim what has been lost. You’ll leave with tools to continue integrating long after the session ends.

What’s included:
• Opening circle with nervous system resourcing and shared agreements
• Guided somatic and archetypal inquiry (using movement, sound, stillness)
• Emotional expression and group regulation techniques
• Closing ritual and tools for post-workshop integration
Best for:
• Individuals feeling emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, or fragmented
• Anyone in a major life transition, seeking inner clarity
• People ready to confront limiting patterns with support and embodiment
Format:
Half-day or full-day. Held in intimate indoor spaces or hybrid indoor/outdoor venues across California. Open to all gender identities.
Embodied Poetry & Divine Feminine
Facilitator: Magali

This workshop is a soft and powerful space for women to reconnect with the expressive, poetic, and archetypal layers of their being. It’s a sacred circle where voice, movement, and story meet, where the feminine is not just talked about, but inhabited.
We begin with grounding somatic practices to awaken the subtle body. Through writing prompts, archetypal invitations (such as the maiden, mother, wild woman, and wise woman), and intuitive movement, participants access the richness of their own inner language, beyond roles, titles, and expectations.

Together, we co-create a ceremonial container of witnessing, expression, and shared presence. No prior experience with writing or dance is needed, just a willingness to feel and reveal.

What’s included:
• Somatic voice and breathwork to awaken embodied expression
• Feminine archetype exploration through movement and story
• Creative writing prompts and optional spoken word
• Closing circle with symbolic offerings and personal ritual
Best for:
• Women in transition, awakening, or creative inquiry
• Those seeking reconnection with inner voice and feminine embodiment
• Artists, mothers, healers, and anyone longing for softness and strength
Format:
Half- or full-day in-person workshop. Held in sanctuary-like spaces across California. Private group bookings available.
