Immersive Experiences

Sensory journeys into movement, emotion, and embodiment

These are not classes or performances.

They are designed rituals, compact, powerful, and fully alive.

Immersive Experiences are guided sessions that blend music, movement, emotional exploration, and elemental presence. Each one centers on a single, potent theme and invites participants to explore the edges of their body, mind, and psyche through sound, sensation, story, and space.

Whether you join us on the beach with fire and headphones, in a studio with deep breath and stillness, or in a circle under the trees, each experience is crafted to awaken, release, and integrate.

All immersive sessions are available in person (primarily in California and select international retreat locations) and may be designed for individuals, private groups, or organizations, with limited options to be online.

Ocean Dance:
Elemental Embodiment

A dynamic, open-air movement journey designed to awaken your connection to the natural elements and the intuitive wisdom of your body. With the ocean as witness and co-regulator, this experience blends guided movement, breathwork, and sound to invite release, joy, and inner clarity.

Using silent disco headsets, participants drop into their own embodied rhythm while staying connected to a shared sonic field. Elemental themes, earth, water, fire, air, are woven into the session to help access emotional layers and reawaken the senses.

What’s included:

  • Breath and movement-based warm-up

  • Elemental body mapping and guided somatic flow

  • Personal expression and collective rhythm

  • Optional journaling or integration prompt post-session

Best for:

  • Those wanting to reconnect with joy, aliveness, and presence

  • People in transition or processing emotional heaviness

  • Individuals who prefer expressive over verbal modalities

Format: Offered at beaches, parks, and open-air venues. Group-based. Also available as a private group experience on request.

Emotional Intelligence Leadership

A transformational experience designed for groups within schools, startups, nonprofits, or creative organizations. Emotional Leadership centers on nervous system literacy, relational intelligence, and embodied communication, blending theory with real-time practice.

Participants are guided to understand how their bodies respond to stress, conflict, and change, and how to build new capacities for regulation, leadership, and collaboration.

What’s included:

  • Group warm-up with embodiment or mindfulness

  • Mini-teachings on stress, leadership, and relational dynamics

  • Small-group or partner exercises for reflection and integration

  • Optional movement or music-based practices

Best for:

  • Professional teams seeking to build trust and coherence

  • Students or young leaders navigating overwhelm and uncertainty

  • Organizations seeking culture work through an embodied lens

Format: Designed to fit offsites, leadership retreats, or in-house intensives. Customizable in length and content based on context.

Relational Circles:
Women’s & Men’s Immersions

These are intimate, gender-specific gatherings that blend movement, somatic inquiry, relational witnessing, and ritual to help participants explore identity, vulnerability, and shared humanity. Each session is a safe space for authenticity, expression, and emotional intelligence within a supportive container.

Circles are rooted in non-linear wisdom—there’s no agenda but deep presence. The structure may include individual exploration, small group practice, shared storytelling, and sound-based expression.

What’s included:
   •    Opening and closing rituals
   •    Guided embodiment and archetypal exploration
   •    Partnered or small-group practices
   •    Optional altar or symbolic tools depending on theme

Best for:
   •    Those seeking connection within a safe, expressive group container
   •    People working through identity, relationship, or gender-based themes
   •    Anyone craving deeper relational presence and listening

Format: Offered seasonally. In-person only. Private group bookings available.

Breath & Movement Journey

This is a potent co-facilitated immersive designed to guide participants through the arc of activation, expansion, and integration using two universal languages: breath and movement.

By blending the intensity of holotropic breathwork with the emotional intelligence of guided somatic movement, this session creates a safe container to access non-ordinary states of consciousness and release deep-rooted patterns, physically, emotionally, and energetically.

What’s included:

    •    Intention-setting and guided somatic drop-in
   •    Movement-based activation to open the body
   •    Facilitated holotropic breathwork journey (with music and soundscape)
   •    Grounding and gentle integration practices
   •    Optional journaling, sharing, or ritual object placement

Best for:

    •    Individuals seeking emotional release or expanded awareness
   •    People curious about altered states of consciousness without psychedelics
   •    Those in transition, grief, or creative blockage
   •    Practitioners wanting to connect with the intelligence of their inner terrain

Format:
In-person only. Silent disco headsets and sensory tools (aromatics, sound layers, fire) may be used depending on location.
Suitable for open public events, retreat components, or private group sessions.
