Somatic Coaching & Emotional Regulation

​For those seeking to reconnect with their body’s wisdom and shift emotional patterns held in the nervous system. Grounded in somatic psychology, this work helps regulate stress responses, release stored tension, and build internal safety.

  • Polyvagal-informed regulation

This is an ongoing mental health container for those navigating deeper emotional wounds, past traumas, or inner blocks that need structured therapeutic support. Integrates trauma-informed care, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and holotropic breathwork.

Ontological Coaching & Life Design

A deeper look at your way of being. This coaching centers identity, language, and emotion to help you redesign how you show up in life, work, and relationships. Combining movement and inquiry, this is an invitation to shift your narrative from the inside out.

  • Archetypal inquiry and intuitive tools

  • Creative design of habits, goals, and actions

  • Anyone looking to live more authentically

  • People seeking a clearer sense of inner direction

 

Format: Packages of 3 or 6 months, with bi-weekly or weekly rhythm depending on your desired depth.

Integral Training & Body Mapping

This is our most immersive one-on-one offering, a six-month journey into presence, perception, and embodied clarity. It’s a space to cultivate deep awareness through both stillness and movement, insight and sensation.

 

Diving in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), trauma-informed awareness, and contemplative science to help you develop consistent internal steadiness; while doing so with mastery in somatic intuition, expressive movement, and elemental embodiment, to map and express what words often can’t reach.

 

Together, this container builds a foundation of self-regulation, creative flow, and integrated presence, through both structured practice and intuitive exploration.

  • Weekly body-mapping sessions using movement, imagery, and sensation

  • Tools to track inner states, regulate emotions, and refine attention

  • Journaling prompts and creative expression as integration tools
